The Mentoring Package
Consists of:
- a fact-find 30 minute introductory call
- followed by three one hour zoom calls.
Each zoom is superseded by a detailed write-up of what was covered, and the homework given.
For those starting out, the aim is to help you identify resources available to start your property investment journey, analyse your preferred locations, right up to due diligence, deal appraisal and property acquisition.
For those who have a couple of rental properties, perhaps single lets, but want to get into another area of investment, we can use these three zoom calls to take you through the fundamentals of another area, such as HMOs, rent to rent or how to source your own properties.
3-Month Coaching Package
Consists of:
- Weekly 1 hour fact-find and guidance Zoom calls for 12 weeks
- 15 minute overviews and homework setting
- 4 one hour review and planning Zoom calls.
- Followed by detailed write ups emailed to you within 48 hours of the zoom.
3-Month Coaching Package with Mentoring Day
Consists of:
- Weekly 1 hour fact-find and guidance Zoom calls for 12 weeks
- 15 minute overviews and homework setting.
- 4 one hour review and planning Zoom calls.
- Followed by detailed write ups emailed to you within 48 hours of the zoom.
- a full day in any location of your choice in the UK, where we meet in person and view properties, analyse deals and put in offers.
(This covers all my expenses to get to your location).
